Project Objective – Ideate and generate content for media, Bank’s owned platforms & Internal Communications. What is in-scope? Generating Ideas and conducting relevant research, developing ideas to communication campaigns

Job Responsibilities:
• Generating Creative Content – Thought trending articles on relevant topics, social media, leadership articles, customer educative articles, banking product related content for media
• Be familiar with Bank brand guidelines to align all communication
• Create/edit Content for senior management messages, speech and mails to employees for high impact, recall and stickiness.
• Follow Banking industry related news and generate novel and appealing ideas around trending topics
• Suggest & Collaborate with internal teams for content opportunities for Bank’s owned platforms to reinforce messages and create Top of the mind brand & product recall
• Work with external partners as and when required to create bank wide campaign for successful execution.
• Keep up to date with best practices to ensure content is consistent in terms of style, quality & and tone of voice in line with the spokesperson/Bank
Job Requirements:
• Analytical skills on media content trends
• Inter-personal skills- to interact with the senior leadership to gather ideas and thoughts for the articles & collaborate with internal teams
• Good communication (both verbal & written) ; Content structuring
• Research- to generate well researched content with data points and industry knowledge
Qualification & Experience:
• Knowledge /Technical Capability :
• Broad knowledge and understanding of the Banking/ BFSI Industry
