PropChk is a startup in the home inspection space with Pan India operations. Unlike the West, the concept of Home Inspection is fairly nascent in India. At present this is a Greenfield opportunity with almost zero competition. We
wish to capitalize on this opportunity by establishing ourselves as thought leaders in this space.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Position : Content Specialist
Location : New Delhi (Vasant Kunj), Work From Office
Qualification : , BA English (Hons),Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field (essential).
Experience : 2 - 5 Years
Industry : No Industry Preference
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Content Specialist would be responsible for writing engaging content about Home Inspections. The incumbent is expected to be a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure, and meeting deadlines. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, communications specialists should be innovative, organized, and self-motivated with a keen interest in driving strategic messages to key internal and external role-players.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement a content strategy that includes media outreach and social media content creation
• Research and write press releases, and content for the company website, infographics, blogs, and newsletters
• Create content for marketing collaterals on multiple platforms
• Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives
• Create & Maintain a content calendar
• Develop engaging content across all platforms including both written and visual content
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
• Strategic and creative mindset with an inclination towards Marketing
