Responsibilities
• Create industry-focused content to help the organization attain thought leadership position across various industries
• Create long-form content (articles, blog posts, newspaper pieces, magazine features, whitepapers etc.), focusing on various industries, that will involve basic research & developing an outline prior to creating or writing insightful and informative content
• Help create short-form content like tweet, copy text for FB & posts, that has punch and is conversational, focusing on key takeaway message from the post/ news/ article
• Define and own content strategy & content calendar for the product
• Work across internal teams & with external partners (experts, industry leaders etc.) to establish robust partnerships for creation of world-class content
• Monitor KPIs for measuring content performance and report at a weekly & monthly cadence
• Understand impact of content on overall customer engagement and prioritize accordingly
Skills
• MBA from premier institute with 3+ years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, program and/or product management company
• Ability to deep dive into any specific industry to understand the market dynamics and current challenges
• Experience in developing and launching content for, both, large audience and curated CXO level stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
