Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Content Strategist at 4i apps solutions. The Content Strategist will be responsible for communication, web content writing, content strategy, writing, and content management on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, target audience, and buyer journey.
• Create high-impact content including website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, social media posts, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and design teams to craft compelling stories and value propositions.
• Optimize content for SEO and user engagement using keyword research, on-page techniques, and performance analytics.
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
• Leverage data to improve content performance and iterate based on engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with external writers, designers, and agencies when needed.
• Maintain brand tone, style, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
• 4 to 5 years of proven experience in content strategy, preferably in an IT, ERP, or enterprise software environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics, Ahrefs).
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into simple, engaging content for varied audiences.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, SaaS products, or digital transformation solutions is an advantage.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Portfolio of published content across digital channels.
