Are you a creative thinker with a sharp marketing mind and a love for fashion? Malverra, a growing D2C western womenswear brand under House of Malkaa, is looking for a Junior Marketing Strategist to join our in-house team in Jaipur.
Your Role:
As a Junior Marketing Strategist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing campaigns that bring the brand to life across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Support in content planning across social media, email, and website.
• Track and analyze marketing performance (organic & paid).
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights.
• Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Help build the customer journey and improve engagement across the funnel.
What We’re Looking For:
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, D2C, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and brand communication.
• Aesthetic sense and alignment with fashion-forward visual storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of marketing metrics and tools.
• Degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Business, or a related field.
