Minimum Requirements:
• Experience with a CRM system such as Siebel or Salesforce
• Minimum 3 years experience in strategic marketing or communications, or at an enterprise level technology company
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and drive
• Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Ability to meet with colleagues in different time zones
• Proven experience producing quality work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Skills Required:
• Experience with graphics and multimedia
• Experience using a structured approach to documentation, such as DocBook or DITA
• Experience in publishing newsletters and engage users with updated blogs.
• Need to have a perfect knowledge of social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO).

Job Description:
• Partner closely with the UX and Design teams to devise a web content strategy that aligns with the client’s wider goals and consumer journey-and brings to life our brand commitments while delivering a high-value and relevant digital experience for visitors
• Responsible for creating and maintaining various style guides, calendars, content migration plans, and metadata frameworks.
• Responsible for understanding which formats are ideal for communicating different content types, identify ways to enhance brand awareness, and conduct keyword research.
• Partner with team of content writers and visual designers to ensure they understand and are executing on digital content strategy in line with plan and in service to program KPIs
• Perform content audits and gap analysis. Review existing material to determine what is relevant, consistent, redundant, or missing for each target audience.
• Research and analyze audience needs, preferences, objectives, and methods. Study and understand how users consume content across their product or project lifecycle.
• Responsible to oversee and strategize content pillars and sub pillars for the given target audience. You also need to be familiar with various customer types.
NOTE: The candidate will be expected to submit a portfolio of work samples.
