Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Leader to join our team and oversee our Content department. The Team Leader will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels, including social media, influencer marketing, and SEO. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Content team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and meet business goals.
Oversee the creation and publication of high-quality content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align content initiatives with overall business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing, and incorporate them into our strategies.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in content processes and workflows.
