At Freedom Tree, we are looking for a Content Strategist and Partnerships Lead to build our communication and brand presence, seamlessly tying together the design collections, Freedom Tree stores and the digital tracks we make.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualizing overall story telling for campaigns, collections, and the brand overall with input from design and commercial teams
• Understanding our customer and product lines deeply and guiding our communications for the greatest resonance and engagement
• Setting a shared brand communication standard and voice and ensuring it is followed in all touchpoints
• Managing a team of visual designers, digital content creators, and external agencies to create our visual assets across web, digital media, and physical touch-points
• Ensuring timely creation of assets in line with our brand objectives, adaptation and dissemination across all digital and physical channels and platforms – social media, mailers, whatsapp, ads, external media, stores, and more
• Writing key advertorial language and communication copy to be adapted across platforms and channels for different campaigns
• Forging partnerships with brands, media platforms, content creators, and others to create shared campaigns, product lines, event collaborations to expand our reach with relevant audiences
• Coordinating events, workshops, and other activities to drive footfall and engagement to stores
Preferred Experience:
• At least 3-5 years in activities related to brand communication, social media, partnerships, brand management, or other relevant activities
• Experience working with boutique or niche brands in lifestyle, home, or fashion
• Experience managing people and working in a cross-functional environment
• Experience working with analytical and structured processes – analyzing data, creating structure processes, developing guides and templates.
• An innate understanding and appreciation of our product lines, design aesthetic and brand
