We are looking for a Content Strategist & Community Copywriter who can create high-quality, platform-native content across community-driven and social platforms such as Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Business Profiles.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that great writing is not one-size-fits-all — each platform has its own tone, audience psychology, and engagement style. You will help shape our brand voice, drive organic growth, and build trust through thoughtful, community-first content.
Responsibilities
• Write and adapt content across multiple platforms, including Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Business reviews
• Create authentic, community-aligned posts that spark meaningful discussion rather than direct promotion
• Develop platform-specific content strategies that match user behavior and expectations
• Apply proven copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, Hook–Value–CTA, storytelling formats) to craft compelling content
• Repurpose a single idea into multiple content formats tailored to each platform
• Maintain brand consistency while adjusting tone and structure for different audiences
• Monitor engagement trends and optimize content based on performance insights
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to support campaigns, launches, and community-building efforts
Qualifications
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English
• Proven experience creating content for community-driven platforms (Reddit and/or Quora experience is a strong plus)
• Deep understanding of how content performs differently across platforms
• Ability to write in multiple tones: professional (LinkedIn), conversational (Reddit), creative (Instagram)
• Familiarity with content strategy, audience psychology, and persuasive writing principles
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments
