Job Title: Content writer

As a Content writer at Roanuz, you will:
• Test and create extensive documentation for the APIs that our developers build.
• Ideate and create content for the social media campaigning efforts of the company.
• Work with the Business team to send educational & promotional newsletters to our existing customers.
• Work closely with our UX team to brainstorm while building new websites & products or while improvising our existing range of products.
• Write blog posts & tutorials that help our customers on how to get started and use our products.
• Write blog posts on Cricket & football events to drive the company’s organic growth and improve brand awareness.
• Create content that helps in upselling & cross-selling our products to new prospects & existing customers.
This job might be for you if you:
• Have proven experience working as a content writer.
• Have a thorough understanding of working with Content Management Systems.
• Have good interpersonal skills, and love to collaborate with different teams and stay cross-functional.
• Possess the ability to work independently, and can complete your work without having to be monitored.
• Have an excellent grasp of the English language, and are an OG when it comes to the latest trends & internet slang.
• Are tech-savvy and can quickly learn how our products work under the hood.
It would be awesome if you:
• Have a basic understanding of Markdown syntax
• Can read and interpret simple blocks of code
