We leverage cutting-edge AI voice and face replication to create hyper-realistic short-form videos that drive attention, authority, and inbound leads at scale.
Our team handles everything from voice modeling and audience research to scripting, editing, and content management.
We're seeking a sharp, strategic scriptwriter to join our creative team and help bring our clients' stories and ideas to life in 60 seconds or less.
Responsibilities
Create 20-25 short-form video scripts per week (30–+0 sec) based on research, raw ideas, or interview transcripts
Develop content that's hook-driven, insight-packed, and audience-relevant – made to stop the scroll
Write in our clients' authentic voice using tone references, transcripts, and voice models
Collaborate with our founder and editors to align scripts with performance and brand positioning
Braginstorm new content angles and formats that reflect trends, virality, and niche-specific pain points
Occasionally support with ad copy, captions, lead magnets, or content repurposing projects
You'll be a great fit if you:
Are a punchy, high-context writer who knows how to pack insight into short form
Understand content psychology – especially how to hook, build tension, and create curiosity
Have experience writing for personal brands, creators, coaches, or B2B service providers
Are comfortable ghostwriting in someone else's voice (we'll help you dial it in)
Can translate complex ideas into clear, sharp, TikTok/Instagram-friendly language
Are organized, deadline-driven, and excited to work with a fast-growing team
Bonus qualifications include:
Experience with storytelling, Twitter threads, or direct response copy
Working with AI or short-form video creation before
Ability to think in frameworks, analogies, and punchy 3-act structures
Staying up-to-date with trends in the business, creator, or marketing world
