Key Responsibilities:
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their content needs and expectations, ensuring that all content meets or exceeds their requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of all written content.
• Team Guidance: Provide expert guidance and feedback to copywriters, editors, and project managers to enhance the overall quality of content delivery.
• Copywriter Management: Manage and assist in hiring freelance copywriters and editors to ensure that the content pool remains diverse and talented.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop copy ideas that effectively address their needs and goals.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven track record (8+ years) in copywriting, with at least 4 years in a lead role overseeing content projects.
• Leadership: Managed a team of at least 10-12 copywriters, demonstrating strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting samples and an understanding of various content styles.
• Linguistic Skills: Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and style, with a keen eye for detail.
