Description Essential Duties/Responsibilities • Responsible for cleaning customers’ contents removed from a loss. • Responsible for equipment tracking, maintenance, and upkeep • Assist with the completion of supply orders for the contents division • Submit daily time sheets and code job hours to the supervisor • Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold • Complete cleaning processes for both contents and structural damage assigned jobs • Completion and filing of documentation on contents and laundry jobs • Complete notes of assigned jobs in our primary operating system (RMS) • Take photos of jobs assigned at the start, completion, and throughout the process • Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop • Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas • All other duties as assigned Competency- Knowledge, Skills And Abilities • Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad), computer skills • Customer Service Skills • Communication skills via
