Job Description
We are looking for a Content & UX Writer at Floatap Consultants in Surat, India. As a Content & UX Writer, you will be responsible for building, testing, publishing, and maintaining semantically structured content that delivers customer-centered solutions in line with an Omni channel content strategy.
• You will build a bank of specialist product or platform knowledge in the process.
• You will upload editorial, research, product, and marketing campaign content to the relevant websites using various web Content Management Systems and AEM in particular.
• You will manage the web content changes processes and the demand requests submitted through these to ensure that all changes meet brief and stakeholder requirements, and that all changes are implemented.
Key skills required include:
• UX Writing
• Content Writing
• AEM experience
• Adobe Workfront, Adobe Assets, JIRA & confluence tools experience
