Prerequisites :

Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Client Acquisition :
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Ability to anchor the client and the team play the role of a consultant and pitch growth strategies through SEO.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts, to drive revenue
- Understand the client's scope of work and articulate them in the project plan
- Able to draft pitches & proposals for clientele
- Ability to define, lead, and write case studies on successful projects
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
2) Account Execution :
- Ensure systematic documentation and clear communication of client briefs to the internal team. Ensure briefs are clear, concise, and add value to the approach and quality
- Create a strategy & execution plan based on the client's brief
- Align teams and resources for timely execution of projects
- Work closely with the content team to match the deliverables and to ensure good quality & TAT
- End-to-end QC of requirements based on brief's understanding & business requirements
- Ensure excellent commercial management of the business handled through the achievement of business targets, accurate & timely billing & collections
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
3) New to the table :
- Review new technologies and brand-building strategies to keep the company afloat in digital marketing trends
- Think quickly to bring innovative ideas and deep-rooted strategies to the client call
- Ability to create and edit basic content for spelling, grammar, style and tone as per the client briefs
