What You’ll Do
• Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, LinkedIn posts, website copy, and recruitment ads.
• Write job descriptions that attract top-tier candidates (no boring templates!).
• Develop employer branding content (career guides, employee spotlights, thought leadership articles).
• Optimize content for SEO and social media to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with recruiters to highlight client job opportunities creatively.
• Stay updated on HR, recruitment trends, and employer branding best practices.
Who You Are
• 0-2 year of content writing experience (recruitment/HR niche is a plus!).
• A storyteller who can turn dry job specs into exciting career opportunities.
• Proficient in SEO, LinkedIn trends, and recruitment marketing.
• Ability to simplify complex HR topics into engaging reads.
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and addicted to grammar perfection.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
