Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on the construction industry, including industry trends, news, and developments
• Write and edit blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and other materials as required
• Develop and execute content plans and calendars to ensure timely delivery of content
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX)
• Use analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role in the construction industry
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Proficient in using content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team
