• Create easy to understand draft of communications, articles, newsletters, process videos for sellers regarding various product and service offerings as per business requirement.
• Interact with stakeholders to understand the business processes/policies and to translate the same into seller facing content in terms of articles and communications
• Ideate and create campaign content in collaboration with graphic designers to drive lead generations, product/service launches, offer opt ins and other business critical topics
• Analyse content performance, research on industry best practices in content writing and bring in innovative content ideas to improve engagement of communications and campaigns
• Collaborate with translators as necessary to convert writing into a variety of language
• Curate content pieces suited for PR/social media translated from interactions with sellers
