To succeed as a Content Writer- you must have a thirst for knowledge, learning new things about a diverse array of topics each day, and always determined to get to the root of a topic. You must be organised to ensure deadlines are met, and willing to take on new challenges. Your work will be seen by millions of people each day all around the world, so has to be of a high quality. Our writers go on to become expert content specialists, able to come up with and write content that is nearly guaranteed to go viral.

As a video writer, your role will involve:

· Researching and writing about a variety of topics in depth

· Mining for new ideas to craft engaging titles and stories.

· Coming up with thumbnail designs for videos

Ideal candidates should demonstrate:

· Excellent writing, grammar, and copyediting skills

· An ability to tell stories in an entertaining way

· A self-starter attitude with a diverse array of interests and a thirst for knowledge

· A creative spark with a proven ability to think outside of the box

· A love for independent written work

· A true passion for research and writing

Given the diverse nature of topics we focus on, we're looking for someone with a diverse field of interest and knowledge. Preferably someone with a bachelor’s degree and an exceptional track record of success in their chosen field. The more diverse the better. In rare circumstances, A-level/IB applicants with exceptional results and the right attitude will also be considered.

· £25,000-£30,000 /year, 5 days per week, +am-6pm, with uncapped performance-related bonuses (unheard-of at traditional organizations)

· Significant opportunities for growth. After training on the job for 6 months to a year, you will be given greater responsibilities as a writer. You then have the opportunity to manager others, working your way up as a managing editor/channel manager/business developer should you want to.
