• Key responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into content creation to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- Optimize existing content for SEO by updating meta tags, headlines, and content structure as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and SEO to continuously improve content performance.
- Research and understand target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to create content that resonates with them.
- Produce compelling and well-researched content across multiple platforms, adhering to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Work closely with other team members, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure content consistency and alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
• Qualificatons:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred
- Atleast 2years of experience as a content writer, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment.
• Skills:
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and error-free content
- Proficiency in SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools such as WordPress, Yoast SEO, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
