We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Writer fluent in both Telugu and English to craft compelling, engaging, and brand-aligned content for our real estate and construction ventures. The ideal candidate should have experience in writing for digital platforms, a good understanding of the local audience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Video & Reel Scriptwriting:
Write engaging, short-form video scripts for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other platforms in Telugu and English.
Social Media Creatives:
Develop catchy captions, post text, and headlines for social media graphics and campaigns related to real estate, construction updates, project launches, and brand stories.
Brochure & Marketing Collateral:
Craft high-quality brochure content, leaflets, and project profiles that resonate with target buyers and investors.
Website Content:
Write clear, SEO-optimized content for company websites including homepage, service pages, project listings, blogs, and landing pages.
Collaboration:
Work closely with:
Graphic Designers to align visuals with written content
Video Editors & Anchors to ensure scripts are camera-friendly and on-brand
Marketing/Sales Team to tailor messaging for promotions and lead generation campaigns
Content Planning:
Participate in content strategy, idea brainstorming, monthly content calendars, and campaign planning.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up to date with real estate and construction industry trends, competitor content, and regional content preferences.
✅ Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in both Telugu and English (written and spoken)
Strong storytelling and creative writing skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience writing for real estate or construction industry preferred
Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content trends
Ability to write in multiple tones — informative, promotional, emotional, professional
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Basic understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn
