What You’ll Do:

Content Writing & Brand Voice

Write scroll-stopping, on-brand social media copy, product descriptions, campaign messaging, and brand storytelling

Create engaging, SEO-friendly blogs around lifestyle, design, fashion, and community themes

Craft website content that reflects the brand’s personality and drives conversion

Build content for emailers, ads, and digital touchpoints

Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all platforms

Community Management

Engage actively with our community across Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and other brand channels

Respond to DMs, comments, and customer messages with personality and clarity

Reshare UGC, celebrate loyal customers, and highlight brand advocates

Build a feedback loop — gather insights from the community and relay them to the internal team

Manage community-driven content like polls, Q&As, contests, or shoutouts

Explore ways to create exclusive brand touchpoints — e.g. private groups, referral programs, or brand-led conversations

Who You Are:

2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or community engagement (or all three)

Strong writing skills with an instinct for tone, voice, and rhythm

You love connecting with people, making them feel heard, and nurturing brand loyalty

You know how D2C works and have an eye for digital trends and behavior

Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Docs, Meta Business Suite, or CRM software

Self-driven, curious, and aligned with the values of expression, ease, and creativity

Nice to Have:

Experience writing for lifestyle, fashion, or homegrown brands

Ability to edit visuals/reels or collaborate closely with designers

Familiarity with analytics and community engagement metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
