What you’ll be doing
● Write content for blogs, articles, emails, website landing pages, and social copies
● Improvise scripts and storyboards for content (e.g., training material, customer-facing
collateral etc.) in Hindi
● Ideate on new formats and topics for our content·
● · Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
● · Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the current
content.
● Translate highly technical information into easily understandable Hindi for customers
● Support with script and storyline for product videos
● To support day to day marketing activities and app across the company divisions and
channels
● Help to present the content in different graphical and video forms
Requirements
● Strong conceptual thinker.
● Empathy for users.
● Prioritize and deliver exceptional content at high volumes under tight timelines.
● Should be able to converse, read and write in Hindi. (Majority of our users speak only Hindi)
We really look for 2 qualities - Thoughtfulness and learning ability. Each and every skill can be acquired with these 2 qualities. Hence, the highest focus is on these 2
