EarnYoung Job Description : Marketing Manager (content writer)
At EarnYoung, we are looking to onboard a Marketing Manager. They should have good communication and management skills with a problem-solving approach.
About EarnYoung:
EarnYoung is a one-stop platform bridging the gap between recruiters and interns. We do this by providing both with a common platform wherein we act as the mediators.
At EarnYoung, our team works closely with the interns and recruiters to deliver a personalised experience and build an authentic relationship with our consumers.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understand EarnYoung’s value proposition and communicate the same through content.
• Work in coordination with the BD and Operations team for lead generation to plan and execute the right social media strategy bringing in interns and recruiters to the platform.
• Run and analyse paid advertisements across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Working with the creative team for designing and delivering scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value-added content that is suited to recruiters’ and interns needs as well as interests.
• Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
• Optimise marketing initiative through best SEO practices and also identifying weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, budgets and monthly reports.
