About the Organization
Sakhsham Knowledge Services delivers digital and process solutions to clients across 6 countries including India. Our largest client is a multi-Billion European corporation and the smallest is a seed-funded startup. Our team consists of a wide variety of talent across tech, sales, digital, content, and operations from the ages of 21 to 41. We are a mix of in-office and work-from-anywhere teams.
About the client
Our client is a startup crypto content platform catering to readers in the US and European markets. The content team being hired will be trained by and work very closely with the client to deliver content pieces to be published on their platform every day.
The Role:
We are looking for 3 Senior Content Writers who are comfortable leading small content teams to deliver news, analysis, and information content pieces on the crypto industry across the world. You will be trained very closely by the client team and once proven capable, will lead a team to manage and deliver content from the frontlines.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Attend client training and team meetings to understand content requirements
Conduct research on crypto trends/insights and create content pieces on the same
Creating and modifying content for blogs, articles, news snippets on crypto
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Consistently deliver 5 content pieces with 600+ words each in the assigned category
Ability to deliver plagiarism-free, quality content regularly.
Ability to work under strict deadlines with deliverable ownership
Requirements:
You must possess excellent knowledge of English.
Bachelor’s degree. Tech/Economics/Finance preferred but not compulsory
Content experience of 3 to 5 years or more preferred
Team handling role of at least 1-year experience preferred
Hiring process:
The complete process should take about 2 weeks with immediate joining on selection
Candidates will undergo 1 written test and 3 rounds of interviews before being hired
The process will be completely online
Basics:
Remuneration: Inline with industry standards, qualifications and experience
Location: Work From Anywhere available. Physical location Lucknow will be preferred.
Expectation: Minimum 18 months of commitment to make the engagement meaningful
Full-time position. Exclusive engagement.
Probation: First 3 months
