Devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress
Implement creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the clients
Handles team of content writers/ copywriters
Coordinate with operations, design team and content team
Create roadmap of how content will shape up and contribute
Measure analytics and constantly find ways to improve
Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics
Identify clients needs and resolve their issues
Ideal skills and experience required

Bachelor’s degree in Arts or BFA
Min. 2 years of working experience with Marketing/ Creative/ Advertising agency is preferable
Hand-on Experience in blog writing, copywriting, creating social media content strategies
Excellent communication and Leadership skills
Clear understanding of the brand's audience and knack for identifying what works and what doesn’t.
Familiarity with social media & trends in social media
Excellent writing skills
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management/team building skills
