Designation- Content Writer
Experience- Min. 2+ Years having graduated and excellent/good communication skills with relevant experience. Immediate joining will be preferred. Freshers with good technical writing skills and good knowledge of software products can apply.
Education Qualification- Any Graduate, B. TECH or IT background would be preferable
Job Summary- Any graduate who has 2+ years of experience in the information services industry with technical writing skills aligned to global market trends.
Responsibilities and Duties-
· Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational data which floats to the target audience.
· Good understanding of target audience.
· Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
· Work with the data team to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for good content writing.
· Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience.
· Must be able to fetch all the latest information moving in the global market and align with industry.
Required experience, skills, and qualification
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
· Must have an understanding of the Technology landscape of the International Market and trends.
· Good knowledge of Advance MS Office, for better results.
· Good Inter-Personal Skills and ability to work in changing environment
· Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
· Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
· Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
· Candidate should have account-based marketing knowledge would be a plus point.
· Inquisitive to learn complex topics quickly.
· Personalise email writing skills would be a plus point.
