The Role
You will be responsible for :
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation such as manuals and training materials.
• Designing and organising documentation sets for products and services.
• Collaborating with the relevant stakeholders on technical documentation requirements.
• Maintaining a library of technical terminology and documentation.
• The entire writing process, from story development, outlining and scriptwriting, to the creation of the final production script.
• Conducting regular call reviews for quality assurance, coaching and training.
• Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Ensuring follow-up actions to address any gaps in service levels.
• Managing day to day operations, training and management of teams to achieve targeted service levels.
• Providing monthly help desk reports.
• Overseeing the team's outputs and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Interpreting briefs to produce original content.
• Reworking content based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensuring all copy is proof read and free of errors.
• Using research to establish the strategy for reaching out to the target audience.
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Animation, Helpdesk / Technical Support or Writing role.
• You have excellent writing skills in English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English markets.
• You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines.
• You have the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
• You understand dramatic structure and have excellent storytelling skills.
• You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in Screenplay Writing, Technical Writing, Motion Graphics and Startup Experience would be highly valuable.
• You have good knowledge of Motion Builder.
• Experience within Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) would be highly valuable.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
