About UserStudy
We at UserStudy are building a SAAS platform to help product organizations do deeper user research, faster. Our platform reduces the 'time-to-insight' from 4-6 weeks (through existing research agencies) to 48 hours. Who is it for? Product managers, designers, and early-stage founders looking to test product designs, validate hypotheses and generate new ones.
Responsibilities for the candidate
• Generate ideas, research topics, write content, and launch new written content across different channels
• Be the key thought partner for identifying new content marketing initiatives and launching them
• Help deliver short and long-term marketing success metrics set with the founders
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
• 1+ years' experience as a professional writer or in a comparable job role
• Excellent command of the English language
• Ability to express complex and technical ideas in easy-to-understand language
• Analytical and research skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and openness to learn and undertake new writing projects
• Ability to work on multimedia content - infographics, video scripts as a strong plus
