What you'll be doing?
As a content writer, you will collaborate with various teams within the company to produce informative content that educates our customers and impresses our potential clients. Your tasks may include crafting catchy taglines for website pages, composing blog posts, creating insightful posts for social media, drafting educational materials, drafting scripts for feature videos, developing presentations to effectively showcase what we do, and even writing birthday cards among other things.
• Understand the B2B software services industry and conduct in-depth research on various topics
• Develop, write and deliver copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs
• Build and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards
• Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs
• Perform keyword research and incorporate SEO keywords to boost page traffic
• Contribute to the localization of process and content to ensure consistency across regions
• Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other marketing team members to ensure timely delivery of collaterals
• Stay up to date on competitors and current trends in the industry
What we seek in you:
• 5 years of working as a content marketer
• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master's degree, a plus)
• Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy-to understand even for non-technical people.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
• Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
