Technical Capacity- Knowledge about CRM software or related software
Experience in US market and Customer Service. B2B customer service(Preferred)
Operate AI writing tools to assist with content creation.
2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Exposure and knowledge of how to structure the content for SEO
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Write and proof all Google Business Profile Content Maintain and update our customer database in line with the requirements of the QA Content role.
Research expertise to mine for pertinent information to the tasks
Demonstrated background in writing and proofing Digital Content that matches the needs of the client, as well as their audience.
A genuine aptitude for learning – our business functions across a number of platforms to support our customers’ requirements.
Time Management proficiency – balancing your time without compromising quality.
Solid Team Player – you collaborate, you speak up, you support the customer vision.
Proactively develop and maintain authentic relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
