Job Description
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience in tech content writing (AI/Blockchain/Fintech)
• Excellent communication - strong English writing, reading and speaking skills
• Preferably previously worked in Events, Innovation Technology, AI, Cloud, Blockchain Industry
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Development – Research and create exponential blogs in the technology sector, newsletters, magazines, press releases, website content, policies, and guidelines for an exclusive publication launched by Trescon. Brainstorm to come up with the right storylines and pitches.
• Client outreach – Outreach to CIOs, CFOs, CEOs, and CXOs for interviews and author collaboration. • Social media – Manage to post on publication’s social media accounts by creating engaging captions. Build an effective strategy to cultivate reach.
• Content Management – Must have knowledge of Webflow. Monitor website development. Use CMS to upload content on the publication’s website to analyze traffic and user engagement metrics (as per the content calendar)
• Proofreading – Proofread and edit content thoroughly (blogs, press releases, proposals, brochures, magazines, newsletters, mailers). Ensure compliance with the law (copyright and data protection act)
• Coordination – Work alongside the branding and marketing team for the website, social media posts, or any other required collateral. Coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery.
• Content Strategy – Develop SEO-optimized content for publication website and event landing pages Create a content strategy and calendar for seamless process flow, high visibility, and consistently increasing readership. Draft monthly/quarterly/yearly reports.
• Documentation – Compile required documents, lists, inquiries, calendars, guidelines, and other communication materials.
• Media Opportunity for Management - Find opportunities to get Management Team featured in media (Could be a dedicated interview published in media, or a quote on upcoming articles by journalists, Podcasts, Awards, etc)
• Content Marketing – Create engaging content for press releases, blogs, white papers, etc., to ensure client engagement and brand consistency.
