Job Description
• To develop & maintain customer engagement through creative content writing for social media & articles and other content like blogging.
• Research and write articles, newsletter and emails
• Edit content produced by other members as needed
• Manage & update Social Media Sites (Facebook, Twitter, Health Blogging etc.) (Added Advantage)
• Stay up to date with industry trends and news
• To manage allcontent on and off line. This will include proofreading, editing and ensuring all content is SEO optimized ( where necessary )
• To actively participate in all marketing activity, put relevant ideas forward and work synonymously with our PR and Digital team.
• To manage website content updates, customer experience related communication
• To work closely with various Account Managers, Marketing /team & Head -Service Delivery to build clear & engagingcontent for our patients.
