Job description, work day and responsibilities
Responsibilities • Conducting in-depth research for developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website. • Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website. • Collaborate with the content manager and cross-functional teams to plan content deliverables on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Follow the content guidelines framework and ensure consistency (tone, style) across all content work. • Stay up to date with industries and how it relates to the client brand, to generate new content for new and existing customers. • Responsible for overall content quality & user engagement metrics. • Proofreading content for errors • Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement. Experience & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related fields. • 2+ years of experience in the content writing space • Experience in the Health and Wellness domain preferred • Excellent communication, and team collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders with tight deadlines. • Hands-on experience with MS Office, particularly Excel • Fair understanding of SEO strategies and tools.
