Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative content writer who can do thorough research on industry-related topics, generate ideas for new content types, and proofread articles before publication.
As a content writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content for our digital channels, including our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 1.5 years of experience in content writing, a strong portfolio of published work, and a passion for creating compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for our digital channels, including our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
• Edit and proofread content for spelling and grammatical errors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content writing and marketing.
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas that will resonate with our target audience.
• Work with other team members to develop content strategies and plans.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content writing.
• Attention to detail and ability to proofread effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in English, communications or related field (Master's degree, a plus).
• Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy to understand even for non-technical people.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
• Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
