Responsibilities
• Write and edit clear, concise and engaging content for Tbot System's website, blog, newsletters, and social media channels, keeping in mind the target audience.
• Research industry-related topics to ensure content is timely, accurate, and informative.
• Interview subject matter experts in the company and externally to gather insights and write technical documentation.
• Assist in developing content strategy in collaboration with marketing team to ensure it aligns with business objectives.
• Create sales and marketing materials such as case studies, asset sheets, and whitepapers.
• Collaborate with team members to develop multimedia content (videos, podcasts, webinars, infographics) that support marketing campaigns.
• Analyze traffic and engagement metrics on various digital platforms to optimize content and campaigns.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in content writing for a technology services firm.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of high-quality content.
• Proficient in writing for web and social media platforms with SEO knowledge.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.
• Knowledge of industry-specific terminologies and trends.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and interview subject matter experts.
• Experience in developing content strategy and managing editorial calendars.
