Position - Content Writer
Experience - 3 years +
Location – Gurgaon
Education – Masters Degree in journalism, Writing & Mass Communication / Media
Budget – 3 LPA – 5 LPA
We are a young tech startup, with the aim to drive Transformational Social Change at scale, in the Blue-Collar Universe of 1Bn workers across South Asia, through Skilling, Jobs & Career growth, Social Platforms and Financial Inclusion
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and informative eLearning content for working professionals and adults.
Position Description: -
Plan, execute and monitor various curriculum development projects.
Must have exposure of writing eLearning Courses.
Allocate deliverables and plan related activities to implement the project plan.
Design and develop end-to-end e-learning solutions that address the needs of the learner.
Develop models to associate learning outcomes with engagement, curriculum, program, and learner background.
Collaborate with team and Subject Matter Experts via professional communication channels.
Review content and provide thorough, constructive feedback.
Plan and conduct trainings for the team.
Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency.
Main responsibility: -
Master’s Degree in journalism, Writing & Mass Communication / Media
Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative content writing for eLearning content for working professionals / adults
Experience in screenplay writing is preferred.
Strong command of English and Hindi languages
Behavioural skills:
Problem solving and structure solution.
Good team player and Aligned to organizational rules and policies.
Good Communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
