Zycus is Looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented content writer / content developer to produce high-quality learning materials for Zycus, which is fast paced, result oriented product-based organization. The content creator will update existing content, create byte sized videos, generate novel work, and identify new ways to improve content quality.
• Your role will involve understanding the details of and around the product and articulating them in a clear, concise, and illustrated manner.
• This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
• You must be able to distil complex SaaS based information into clear, concise text and videos.
• You should be well versed with either one of the video editing software like Camtasia/Captivate/Articulate360/Storyline/Adobe Learning Manager/SnagIT.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, marketers, SMEs, to obtain an understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• Determine the needs of end-users of technical documentation and create Feature Guides, FAQs, Onboarding Guides, Help Documentation, Troubleshooting Guides, Training Manuals, Release Notes, and other documentation.
• Design and develop product explanation videos and other engaging content to impart product knowledge to various stakeholders.
• Audit and update the content regularly to ensure relevance with incremental product feature releases, customer use cases, support issues, and other internal developments.
Requirements
• Minimum 2-6 years of experience in content creation/learning materials creation or technical content writing for SaaS based products.
• Exceptional technical writing, video creation and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of Zycus in various types of content.
• Well versed with any one of the video editing software like Camtasia/Captivate/Articulate360/Storyline/Adobe Learning Manager/SnagIT.
