About The Role:
We are looking for content writing interns to join our marketing team to develop original content for our web pages, blog posts, social and other media. In this role, you will research industry-related topics, develop new content ideas, produce the content, and publish it on Wiingy Blog and other media. You will also work on optimizing the existing content according to the SEO guidelines.
Job Title: Content Writer - Intern
Location: On-site (Bangalore, HSR)
Duration of Internship: 3 months
Work Policy: Work from the office 6 days a week
Stipend: Rs 20,000 p.m.
Conversion to full-time role: Yes, at the end of the internship subject to performance
What You Will Do?
• Use search and social media analytics to identify the digital audience and content trends
• Own the cycle from ideation to production
• Research topics and create topics maps
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to build effective article outlines
• Write well-researched and engaging content
• Publish and track performance
• Continuously optimize content to rank on SERPs
• Create content for all digital content platforms - websites, blogs, videos, mobile, social media posts, campaigns, etc.
• Drive user growth and inbound lead generation through blog content
• Conduct in-depth and regular audits of competitor content
What You Should Have?
• Strong research skills. (This is the most important skill)
• An ability to write creative copy both for large pieces of content (e.g. Blogs) and smaller texts (e.g. social media posts)
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Portfolio of published articles/creatives/content
• Knowledge of Video production and Youtube marketing is a plus
