We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Strategist Writer with experience in developing, engaging and interactive Chabot experiences.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers and marketers, to develop and implement content strategies that enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
• Create engaging, informative, and persuasive content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create interactive chatbot experiences that provide
users with valuable information and assistance.
• Conduct thorough research to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform content creation.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and organic traffic.
• Define and maintain brand voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for promotional campaigns and lead
generation activities.
• Monitor content performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make
data-driven decisions.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in Chabot
technology and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Ensure all content is accurate, grammatically correct, and adheres to legal and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Strategist Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types and formats.
• Proficiency in creating conversational content for Chabot's and familiarity with Chabot platforms.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with keyword research and optimization.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong research skills to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
