8. Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industries and topics.
8. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
