In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling written content for various purposes, including product descriptions, technical documentation, and website copy. Your ability to understand complex concepts, translate technical information into user-friendly language, and craft persuasive content will be essential. This position requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

· Develop clear, concise, and persuasive product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions.

· Write technical documentation, including User Manuals, Software Requirement Specification, Change Logs, Installation guides, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs, ensuring accuracy and user-friendliness.

· Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and translate technical details into easily understandable content for non-technical audiences.

· Create and update Website content, including Landing pages, Industry insights, Blog posts, and Marketing copy, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a compelling user experience.

· Conduct thorough research to gather information on products, technologies, and industry trends, and incorporate relevant findings into written content.

· Edit and proofread written materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines and style standards.

· Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with overall marketing strategies.

· Stay updated on industry best practices, content trends, and SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and maximize organic visibility.

· Continuously improve and streamline content creation processes, guidelines, and templates to enhance efficiency and consistency.

· Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

· Technical background or experience.

· 2 to 4 years of direct work experience as Content Writer for Product, Technical and Website content.

· Proven experience as a writer, preferably in product, technical, or website writing.

· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

· Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to a non-technical audience.

· Strong research skills to gather information and produce accurate and well-informed content.

· Proficiency in SEO & Social Media Management principles and strategies to optimize content for search engines.

· Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML, CSS.

· Knowledge of Tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe and other such content publishing tools.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

· A portfolio of writing samples demonstrating a range of writing styles and abilities.
