JOB DESCRIPTION
Hubhopper is seeking a skilled SaaS Content Writer to create top-notch content (blogs,
email campaigns, social media, video, podcast script) that will play a significant role in
the success of our products. You will be working alongside a team of talented people
who collaborate with developers, quality engineers, designers, and usability experts to
improve the user experience of our products and promote their awareness.
Responsibilities -
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and user
interaction)
- Write clear marketing copy to promote Hubhopper (Google Ads, social media ads
copy, especially LinkedIn)
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Ideate, create & edit blog posts before publication
-Coordinate with marketing and design, and developer teams to illustrate articles,
such as feature articles, FAQ articles, case studies, and white papers
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Requirements -
- Proven work experience of 1-3 yrs as a Content Writer in SaaS
- Portfolio of published articles
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Good to have skills- Canva, Google search console, Keyword research, Video
editing, Google Analytics (GA4) etc
