Key Roles
• To develop more effective working relationships and solutions, mentor and advise coworkers on both the creative process and client management
• Manage interns, assign assignments, monitor and coach the creative process, and make sure projects are delivered on time and under budget.
• Produce appropriate communications materials for a variety of clients in print and digital settings, as well as communicate and assist with the department and co-departments and structuring deliverables.
• Work together with colleagues and clients to create and implement creative solutions that can be used across a variety of media channels.
• Keeping up with current trends and forecasts; tight collaboration with the project lead; and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help develop and maintain the AKOI content repository
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the AKOI content strategy and thought leadership agenda
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects while maintaining keen attention to detail
• Drive projects to completion through a well-documented review and approval process
• Designing and developing technically complex content into a well-structured, communicative, and reusable output according to standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
• Organizing and researching material and specifications to create high-quality, technically accurate and well-written user documentation for a wide area of audiences
• Ensuring that technical documentation - both in development and already existing - is accurate, complete, meets editorial and specifications, and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style
