Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understand the existing/ new processes in and around the company and produce various content types for blogs, social media posts & descriptions, emails, monthly newsletters, case studies, and white papers on a daily basis.
• Come up with blog structures, according to the company's ethos.
• Write clear content to promote the products/services with adherence to the content expectations of the company.
• Edit content produced by other members of the team.
• Collaborate with other departments in the company to create innovative content ideas.
• Submit work to the Reporting Manager for review, feedback, and approval.
• Optimize and update website content as needed.
• Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes in the content as needed.
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in the existing content and recommend new topics.
• Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.
Requirements:
• Any degree fresher with excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Portfolio of published blogs/ articles
• Blogs/ articles written related to the IT industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
