• Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and designers to gather information and ensure accurate representation of technical concepts in written materials.
• Craft clear, concise, and persuasive copy that aligns with the company's voice and tone guidelines.
• Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry news, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts for content development.
• Track content performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role in the software development or technology industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, compelling content.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate your ability to create engaging and informative content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, and software engineering practices is a plus.
