Position: Content Writer - HR Communication
Locations: Mumbai/Pune
Type of Employment: On Retainership, this can be a remote role.
Qualification and Experience:
- 6 to10 years of editorial experience
- Experience in writing on various subjects including executive communication & people-oriented storytelling
- Solid command over the English language - expert level
- Content writing experience of all types: Long, medium, and short formats
- Postgraduate in English literature preferred
Job Description:
- Work on all types of content needs for the HR team, including campaigns and standalone communication.
- Develop content for Internal Communication Campaigns across a wide range of topics.
- Write content for leadership communication, understanding campaign briefs and writing for the senior leadership team.
- Create content for emailers, social media posts, videos, web portals, and websites.
- Write for any other form of communication need as required.
FRAME Job Description:
• As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality content for the HR team, focusing on campaigns and standalone communication. You should have a strong command over the English language and be able to write on various subjects, including executive communication and people-oriented storytelling.
• Your role will involve developing content for internal communication campaigns, covering a wide range of topics. This will require understanding campaign briefs and crafting content specifically for the senior leadership team. You will also be responsible for writing content for emailers, social media posts, videos, web portals, and websites.
• In addition, you may be required to write content for other forms of communication as needed. This can include anything from brochures and presentations to newsletters and press releases.
• This position is on a contract/freelancer basis and can be done remotely. It is essential that you have 10 to 15 years of editorial experience and are well-versed in content writing of all types, including long, medium, and short formats. A postgraduate degree in English literature is preferred.
