The Organic Carbon Pvt.Ltd. company with the brand name of Humpy A2 has a vision of becoming a family farmer just like a family doctor. Company envisions regaining the glory of agriculture as a profession by promoting sustainable regenerative organic farming practices using rich wisdom in traditional farming with a balanced blend of modern digital technologies. We are promoting an ECO-ECO Friendly ( Ecological & Economical ), replicable agri-business organic farming model, we wish to add to grater food security as well as nutritional security measures while providing a viable and dignified source of livelihood to our farmers.
We can proudly say that our startup received funding on the most popular startup show i.e Shark Tank India and supported our vision to be a family farmer. So we are looking for an experienced Content Writer who are eager to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
• Write original, clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice for all channels such as website copy, blog posts, newsletter, email campaigns, notes, messages, video scripts, digital and print ads, packaging and all social media posts and communication.
• Develop and maintains the brand voice and tone
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand the requirements, develop and produce creative concepts
• Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
• Conduct high-quality research and interviews
• Edit and proofread copy as needed
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
• Source images and other content
• Research and understand the target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research and customers, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
• Collaborate with a team and take responsibility of execution from concept development to delivery of final product
• Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team and pitches to the management.
• Revise copy based on internal and management feedback/direction
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline
• Proven 2-3 years of experience as a copywriter or related role
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience with SEO
• Strong research skills
• Creativity
• Collaborative spirit
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
