Responsibilities
· Study products/applications.
· Communicate with product designers and developers to understand product details.
· Collaborate with development team
· Create and maintain the documentation like
o User manuals
o FAQ
o Release notes
o And many more
· Providing Trainings to real users for software usability
Requirements & qualifications
· 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role
· 1-2 years of experience in technical writing of software documentation
· Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers
· Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
· Excellent written skills in English
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Background in engineering or computer science is a big plus
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· Team player
· Good time-management skills
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
MUST HAVE:
• Education: Bachelors in Engineering
• Should have at least work experience of 1year.
• Must be working with IT company.
• Should be from Gujarat and knows Gujarati language (read, write)
• Can join immediately or within 10days
