The ideal candidate must possess a strong command of the English language and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in content writing, specifically in the travel industry. In addition to content creation, the role will also require interacting with account managers, utilizing platforms like Trustpilot and Feefo, and engaging in email correspondence with external clients.
Job Description:
• Travel Industry Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the travel industry to create content that resonates with our target audience and showcases Travel Unravel's expertise.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content for Travel Unravel's website, blog, and other digital platforms. Content should align with our brand's voice and adhere to best practices for SEO.
• Trustpilot and Feefo Management: Manage and maintain our website’s presence on Trustpilot and Feefo. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings to ensure a positive online reputation.
• Account Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with the account managers to understand client requirements and develop content strategies that align with their objectives.
• Content Calendar: Contribute to the development of an editorial content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's/P.G. degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in social media and content creation, with a minimum of 2 years in a team management role.
• Proficient in email communication and client interaction.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices (preferred).
• Previous experience in the travel industry is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective content for various audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Contribute to the creation of our social media content to enhance our online presence and engagement with our audience.
